weight loss program like no other.
How the PHATT Program works
STEP 1
THE FIRST 3 DAYS
You begin your health journey by eating from a list of approved foods and starting your nutritional supplements.
The focus of step 1 is to gently improve your gut health by removing sugar and refined carbohydrates.
STEP 2
FAT LOSS & DETOX
This is the detox and weight loss step, and typically lasts for 27 days.
This is when your body will start to change as a result of restricting calories and burning fat.
Our easy to follow meal plan does the calorie counting for you, making it easy to swap out foods from our approved food list.
Taking our nutritional supplements is imperative during this step to sustain your energy levels, support your body’s organs and curb appetite.
STEP 3
MAINTAIN
The length of this step varies depending on your goal weight.
This is the final link in the chain where we teach you how to live healthily for the rest of your life.
There are some additional nutritional supplements and we reintroduce food groups back into your diet and increase your calorie consumption.
This is where you teach your body to keep the weight off.
STEP 4
SUSTAIN AND THRIVE
Whether you have reached your goal weight or are just having a break on the way to your journey’s end, step 4 will help you maintain your current weight loss moving forwards.
We suggest at this point an “80:20” lifestyle, where 80% of the time you implement what you have learned on your PHATT journey this far, keep your gut clean and nutritional levels high.
Then there’s the 20%… where you can eat the cake! Drink the wine! Enjoy a cheeky take-away, and crack a cold beer on a sunny afternoon! Because now you know HOW to restore your gut health, and how to eat healthily for the rest of your life!
